PROJECT LOCATION 

场地位于湖南省长沙市岳麓区，区域交通便利。北侧紧邻麓谷公园，南侧衔接梅溪湖公园，生态环境优质。是科技创新与青年活力交汇的城市地段，周边是高校、科创园、城市住区与生态资源交织的典型区域。

The site is located in Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, with convenient regional transportation. It is adjacent to Lugu Park in the north and Meixi Lake Park in the south, with a high-quality ecological environment. It is an urban area where technological innovation and youth vitality meet, and the surrounding area is a typical area where universities, science and technology parks, urban residential areas and ecological resources are intertwined.

SOLUTION THINKING

本案以”为人定制“作核心理念，聚焦新生代群体，在理想的城市，建筑、景观、室内一体化协同设计，定制全场景理想生活剧场。

This project takes "customization for people" as its core concept, focusing on the new generation. In an ideal city, architecture, landscape and interior are integrated and collaboratively designed to customize an ideal life theater for all scenarios.

极致利用场地高差，打造双首层入户空间。设计双层架空的空间形态，打造立体式的散点园林景观，穿梭在岛屿溪涧中，度假式归家体验。

The height difference of the site is used to the fullest to create a double-floor entrance space. The double-layer overhead space is designed to create a three-dimensional scattered garden landscape, shuttle through the islands and streams, and experience a holiday-style homecoming.

浮岛·溪涧 Floating Island Stream

以浮岛为底色，延续自然绿林、浮岛溪谷之精华，将森林中的色彩与自然语言加载到生活空间界面，开启理想的松弛岛居生活畅想。

Taking the floating island as the base color, continuing the natural green forest, the essence of the floating island valley, loading the color and natural language in the forest into the living space interface, opening up the natural island living life to think freely.

探林 | 归屿

对称水景和艺术景墙提升归家仪式感，门厅与两侧回廊衔接商业共同营造轻奢度假式的城市界面，一面烟火长沙，一面繁华都市，于此我们构建出一片专属的奢享空间，理想生活在此启程。

Symmetrical waterscapes and artistic walls enhance the sense of ritual when returning home. The foyer and the corridors on both sides connect to the commercial area to create a light luxury resort-style urban interface. On one side is the bustling Changsha, and on the other side is a prosperous city. Here we have built an exclusive luxury space where ideal life begins.

潘多拉大理石点缀门厅立面，结合精细化打造方式，让繁华、神秘席卷生活。

Pandora marble accents the foyer view wall and details to create a bustling, mysterious sweep of life.

以自然为基底，于浮岛上、溪林间，邂逅令人向往的低密度假岛居生活。

With nature as the base, you can encounter the desirable low-density island life on floating islands and among streams and forests.

门廊下的沙生植物花境与整形球灌构建出一个檐下休闲空间，弱化门厅立面的同时更显松弛与大气。

The xerophyte flower beds and shaped spherical plants under the porch create a leisure space under the eaves, which weakens the facade of the foyer and makes it more relaxed and grand.

Water Forest | Island Reflection

水林 | 岛映

入门及庭，潺潺溪流，郁郁葱葱的浮岛佳境赫然开卷。

The floating green island is natural and artistic between the quiet forests and streams, and the Chinese tallow tree and holly stand on the green floating island, creating a quiet and elegant space atmosphere.

材料质感的统一，石材搭配艺术灯具为穿林入涧谱下最具仪式感的序章。

静谧的林涧之间，水面之上，漂浮绿岛自然又富有艺术感，浮岛溪流层层叠叠交错，乌桕与弯杆铁冬青林立在绿色浮岛之上，营造出静谧雅致的空间氛围。

Between the quiet woods and streams, above the water, the floating green islands are natural and artistic. The streams on the floating islands are stacked and intertwined, and the Chinese tallow tree and bent-stem iron holly stand on the green floating islands, creating a quiet and elegant spatial atmosphere.

透过玻璃幕墙可以静观水林空间的全貌，无边界的景观渗透感，增加场地的度假气质。

Through the glass curtain wall, one can quietly observe the whole picture of the water forest space. The boundless sense of landscape penetration increases the resort atmosphere of the venue.

浮岛如同自然堆叠的岩层或轻柔漂浮的叶片，在水中倒映出一幅幅富有节奏感的画面，映射出一种有序而松弛的生活节奏。

鸡爪槭、弯杆铁冬青点缀其间，给场地增添了一抹靓丽的色彩。

Chicken claw maples and curved iron holly are dotted around, adding a nice splash of color to the grounds.

艺术汀步连接水上休闲平台，宛如漂浮于水面之上。

The artistic stepping stones connect to the water leisure platform, appearing to float on the water.

绿岛浮现、苔藓绵延，临水静坐，自在悠长。

Green islands emerge, moss stretches, sitting quietly by the water, comfortable and long.

夜幕降临，浮岛的灯光在水面悄然铺展，倒映成一幅静谧而富有节奏的画卷。

As night falls, the soft glow of the floating island unfolds across the water, reflecting a tranquil and rhythmic scene.

Xilin I Yuanshan

溪林 | 原山

崖壁跌水，浮桥溪涧，使人可以穿梭其间，与自然亲密相拥。拉近了人与自然的距离。也预告了一种拾阶而上的度假级归家体验。

Cliff falls, pontoon bridges and streams, so that people can shuttle between them and embrace nature intimately. It brings people closer to nature. It also foretells a vacation-like homecoming experience of picking up the steps.

崖壁空间中的下沉式卡座以围合式布局巧妙嵌入地形之中，构建出一个亲切宜人的社交聚力场所。

The sunken booths in the cliff space are skillfully embedded into the terrain in an enclosed layout, creating an intimate and pleasant place to socialize and gather.

水上浮桥让人亲身穿行在浮岛溪涧之中，拉近了人与环境的关系，沉浸式体验度假岛居生活。

The floating bridge allows people to walk through the streams of the floating island, bringing people closer to the environment and immersing themselves in the island resort life.

浮桥主要采用的是维斯康白石材，巴宝莉红大理石作为点缀，在精致和原生之间找到一个平衡，不仅给人创造了走进山野的疗愈体验，目光所及之处又是精致与细腻。

The floating bridge primarily features Viscount White granite, accented with Babeli Red marble, striking a balance between raw nature and refined elegance. It offers a healing experience of walking into the wilderness, while every view reveals a touch of subtle sophistication.

Xijian I Childhood Friend

嬉涧 I 稚友

瀑布从二层倾泻下来聚成一汪浅浅的嬉水池，给孩童提供了一个自由玩乐的空间，水声潺潺伴随着儿童的嬉笑声，尽享清凉一夏。

The waterfall cascades down from the second floor to form a shallow paddling pool, providing a space for children to play freely. The sound of water accompanies the laughter of children, making for a cool summer.

风帆巨型雕塑与建筑结合，立于水面之上，给人以乘风破浪之感，巨型数控水幕带给人们视觉上的冲击。

巴宝莉红大理石弧形定制的水岸吧台，色彩温润雅致，天然纹理优雅流转。在这里，自然与生活交织，在林与水悠远空灵的怀抱里，奢享静谧悠然的“岛居秘境”。

整个嬉涧空间主要强调了人与人的关系，场地景观提供了可供居民社交娱乐的空间。

静坐在水边，乌桕与置石，落叶与流水，留下休闲度假的愉悦感。

Sitting quietly by the water, with Chinese tallow trees and stones, fallen leaves and flowing water, you will feel the pleasure of a leisure vacation.

浅色马赛克铺满池底，细腻光洁的纹理在灯光映衬下泛起柔和光泽，营造出轻奢而静逸的度假氛围。

The pool bottom is covered with light-colored mosaics, and the delicate and smooth texture emits a soft luster under the light, creating a luxurious and quiet holiday atmosphere.

转角处皆是生活的温度，静置的景石仿佛在喃喃低语着场地的故事，在光影与空间中，描摹出理想生活的轮廓。

山林 | 森息

沿着蜿蜒的归家通道分布有景观跌水和休闲平台，在归家的路途中偶尔也可停下脚步感受生活。

There are landscape waterfalls and leisure platforms along the winding path home, where you can occasionally stop and experience life on the way home.

景观与自然交融共生，不定义自然的边界。在自然的纯粹中，感受人与自然和谐共生之美。

穿梭在枫杨和乌桕林间，使人在城市中依然能感受到山林的气息与野地的自在，在日常的步履中体会到内心的平和与从容。

Shuttling between the maple poplar and Sapium sebiferum forests, one can still feel the breath of the mountains and the ease of the wild in the city, and experience inner peace and calmness in one's daily steps.

垂直分层的多层次植物空间给人以新的视觉体验，阳光穿过叶片，从缝隙间撒下斑驳的光影。

散落的休闲空间与草阶结合，在忙碌的生活中也不忘对度假生活的向往和期待。
