       When light and shadow become the brushstrokes of space and materials serve as the carriers of emotions, this modern light luxury model home reinterprets the ideal dwelling for contemporary urban elites with its design philosophy of "elegance without superficiality, luxury without vulgarity". Every space tells a delicate expression about quality life.

Part 1 ｜ 客餐厅空间｜

 Living and dining room

  以"大地色系"为基调，让皮革的柔软与石材的硬朗达成微妙平衡。壁炉区石材背景与皮革沙发的对景关系，形成"刚柔并济"的视觉焦点；天花弧形线条柔化空间边界，引导视线向餐厅延伸。天花板的弧形灯带勾勒出空间的流动感，而壁炉中跃动的火焰，则为这份理性注入了一抹感性的温度。 

       With "earth tones" as the keynote, a delicate balance is achieved between the softness of leather and the robustness of stone. The contrasting relationship between the stone background in the fireplace area and the leather sofa forms a visual focal point of "combining hardness with softness"; the curved lines of the ceiling soften the spatial boundaries and guide the gaze towards the dining room. The curved light strip on the ceiling outlines the flowing sensation of the space, while the dancing flames in the fireplace inject a touch of emotional warmth into this rational atmosphere.

Part 2 ｜ 主卧空间｜

Master Bedroom

  主卧的设计核心是"去视觉刺激"，以低饱和度的米灰与焦糖色构建"温柔的铠甲"。

  它是身心休憩的港湾，皮革墙布以菱格纹理铺陈于床头背景，手工缝制的针脚在灯光下若隐若现，如同高级定制的时装细节。焦糖色与米白色的床品组合，将温暖质感层层递进。落地窗引入的自然光，在皮革表面流转出丝绒般的光泽——这是属于私域空间的奢华，安静却充满力量。 

     The core design of the master bedroom is 'reducing visual stimulation,' using low-saturation beige-gray and caramel tones to create a 'gentle armor.' It serves as a haven for rest and relaxation, with leather wall coverings arranged in a diamond pattern behind the bed. The hand-stitched seams subtly appear under the light, reminiscent of details in high-end bespoke fashion. The combination of caramel and off-white bedding gradually layers in a sense of warmth and texture. Natural light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows brings a velvety sheen to the leather surfaces — a luxury for a private space that is quiet yet powerful.

Part 3 ｜ 主卫空间｜

Master bathroom

      主卫被定义为"晨昏的仪式空间"。双台盆设计不仅是功能配置，更隐喻着亲密关系的平等对话——两人并肩洗漱，镜面中的影像形成"生活剧场"的双主角叙事。

       打造兼具仪式感、实用性与高级感的四件套体系，从视觉、触觉、使用场景全方位构建专属主人的洗漱治愈空间，让每日晨起与入夜的洗漱时刻，成为剥离喧嚣、回归自我的心灵仪式。

        The master bathroom is defined as a 'ritual space for dawn and dusk.' The double-sink design is not only a functional arrangement but also symbolizes an equal dialogue in an intimate relationship — two people brush their teeth side by side, with their reflections in the mirror creating a 'life theater' with two main characters.
         A four-piece system that combines a sense of ritual, practicality, and luxury is created to fully shape a personalized, restorative space for the owner from visual, tactile, and usage perspectives, so that the daily moments of morning and nighttime washing become a spiritual ritual that strips away the noise and returns to oneself.

Part 4 ｜ 女孩房空间｜

Girl's room

      女孩房以粉色系皮革墙布为主调，将少女感与高级感巧妙融合。软包背景墙以几何弧线切割，搭配同色系皮革床头，营造出被温柔包裹的安全感。云朵造型的吊灯、圆润的家具线条，与皮革的细腻质感共同编织出一个关于成长的梦幻空间。这里不是简单的"粉色堆砌"，而是用材质的层次变化，书写着从童年到少女的优雅过渡。

        The girl's room is dominated by pink leather wall coverings, cleverly blending a sense of youthfulness with sophistication. The padded feature wall is cut with geometric curves and paired with a matching leather headboard, creating a comforting feeling of being gently enveloped. Cloud-shaped pendant lights and rounded furniture lines, combined with the delicate texture of the leather, weave together a dreamy space about growing up. This is not simply a 'pile of pink,' but a graceful transition from childhood to adolescence expressed through the layering of materials.

Part 5 ｜ 舞台区空间｜

Stage area

       舞台区的设计打破了"地下室"的刻板印象。墙面软包与墙布的组合，既保证了声学效果，又以温暖的触感消解了空间的冷硬。阶梯式的大理石地台将架子鼓与巨幕框定为视觉焦点，这种高差设计不仅是声学考量，更创造出"观看"与"被观看"的剧场关系。让这里可以随时切换为私人音乐厅、家庭影院或艺术沙龙——空间的功能弹性，正是当代奢居的核心命题。

        The design of the stage area breaks the stereotypical image of a "basement." The combination of soft wall panels and wall fabric not only ensures acoustic performance but also softens the space's cold hardness with a warm tactile feel. The tiered marble platform frames the drum set and large screen as visual focal points. This difference in height is not only an acoustic consideration but also creates a theatrical relationship between "watching" and "being watched." The space can easily switch between a private music hall, home theater, or art salon—this functional flexibility is at the heart of contemporary luxury living.

Part 6 ｜ 地下挑空水吧会客厅空间｜

Underground Double-Height Water Bar Lounge

       挑空层是整座住宅的"空间宣言"。共同营造出"仰望"的仪式感——访客进入时，视线自然被引导向上，空间的宏大叙事由此展开。左侧的吧台区与右侧的会客区形成"双中心"布局，既可容纳大型派对，也支持小型密谈。

         The hollow floor acts as the 'spatial declaration' of the entire residence. It collectively creates a sense of ritual of 'looking up'—when visitors enter, their gaze is naturally guided upwards, and the grand narrative of the space unfolds from there. The bar area on the left and the seating area on the right form a 'dual-center' layout, accommodating both large parties and intimate conversations.
