项目用地与长江一路相隔，西面、南面一线面江，景观资源得天独厚。规划设计将多层板式办公沿滨江大道线性展开，通过形体转折扩展临街商业面，形成商业广场；三栋高层住宅前后错落布置，满足城市临江轮廓线控制要求的同时实现视线通道的通透，充分利用了外部江景资源与内部中心花园。建筑形体以柔和的横向线条为主要元素，利用凸凹变化的阳台轮廓形成丰富的光影层次，同时借助表皮处理的虚实对比关系，在建筑立面上呈现韵律感的线条组合，在城市临江界面上展现个性化的地标形象。

Location of this project is one road from the Yangtze River, and facing the river on the west and south side. It has particularly favorable natural conditions of landscape resources. In planning, we arrange multi-storey cored office buildings along the Binjiang Road. And facade facing the commercial street is being extended through twisting of volume, which also forms the commercial plaza. The scattered layout of three high-rise residential building meets the control requirement of urban interface facing the river, keeps clear of the view towards landscape, and taking full use of riverscape resources outside and central garden inside. The main element of architectural form is soft horizontal lines. Rich effect of light and shadow is got through the use of dynamic outlines formed by variations of balcony. In virtue of contrast between solid and transparent in building envelope, a sense of rhythm is formed on facade, and a featured iconic image is exhibited in the urban interface along the river.
