城市当下，高容积率的住宅开发已成为大众趋势。坐落于广州萝岗区的这套情景洋房，摒弃了高层建筑的繁琐，回归到居住价值的本身，成为集低密度、个性化于一体的稀有产品。业主的远见卓识，赋予了该项目更多的构想空间。设计团队借此契机，突破固有定义，以虚拟情景为设计手法，打造极具生活体验感、社交互动感的住宅空间，让叠墅萌生“叠趣”。

At present, high plot ratio residential development has become a public trend. Located in Luogang District, Guangzhou, this set of situational houses has abandoned the tedious high-rise buildings and returned to the residential value itself, becoming a rare product integrating low density and individuality. The client's foresight gave the project more space to conceive. The design team took this opportunity to break through the inherent definition and use the virtual scene as the design method to create a residential space with a sense of life experience and social interaction, so as to generate "folding fun".

本案虚拟的是一个讲究生活品质、兴趣广泛的融融之家，以多人共居、多友共聚作为空间展示主体。目的是让客户群能够深刻感受到产品每一处的特点，引出空间故事，点燃他们心中的“烟火”。

What this case fictitious is to pay attention to quality of life, interest is extensive harmonious home, with many people live together, much friend gets together as dimensional display main body. The purpose is to let the customer group can deeply feel the characteristics of each part of the product, draw out the space story, and ignite the "fireworks" in their hearts.

绽放的线条、璀璨的光线等素材运用于设计之中，陈列出一步一视觉，一动一平衡的生活艺术感。

具象与抽象之间巧妙地营造了大胆和灵动的空间社交氛围， 曼妙无境，言而由心，将生活中的趣事演变成艺术作品呈现，淡化功能区域的界线，提升空间尺度感、艺术性，打造国际个性化的舒适居所。

首层设计中打破了原建筑的秩序，通过拆分重组空间，让客厅及书房在视觉上更加开阔，突出用色彩区分空间的特点。宜心的暖灰色主调，跳脱出温柔浪漫的树莓红，艺术挂件与沙发的配色相得益彰，让简洁沉稳的空间多出一抹生活的激情。

 餐厅是本案中的一个调剂空间，都市新贵结束忙碌了一天，归家感受餐前的一份宁静之味。

客卧表达的是某种温暖平衡的状态，灰绿色调的沉稳搭配几何构成艺术画“脏粉”，加上个性的家具组合设计。诠释了对于生活品质的追求与热爱。

活力四射的漫威英雄引出男孩房里大胆的配色，钢铁红搭配科技黑，就像是一颗独立的恒星，在浩瀚的宇宙里发光发亮。钢铁侠元素作为陈列主题，让“科技改变未来”的意志融入展示空间。

The animated Marvel hero elicits the bold palette of colors in the boy's room, steel red with tech black, like a single star shining in the vast universe. The Iron Man element, as the display theme, integrates the will of "technology changes the future" into the display space.

错落有致的建筑格局提供了多元化的居住定义，通过设计可以打造出更适合新时代人群的理想居所。本案结合多区域互通设计手法，除了客厅书房作虚实结合以外，负一层的娱乐空间则将酒吧聚会、观影聊天等多个功能进行空间融合，分区设计。达到可互动、可独立的使用目的。

灵魂吊灯与艺术装置相辅相成，璀璨夺目的亚克力酒架，好比永不熄灭的烟火，夺人眼球，冷暖色相互调配，由内而外向四周蔓延，形成灵动空间，感官体验更富冲击力。
