项目坐落在长江三角洲城市经济发展规划带的中心——江阴市，北枕长江，以水为运，缘水而兴，山水的灵光穿透于城市背景。在丰沛的自然条件下，光影也在其中氤氲而生。
本案以光学为设计内核，注重光与人居的和谐统一。在光影回廊中「寻光」，「拾光」体悟生命的力量，引水「借光」觅得光影的意义与哲学，从精神到物质，全面提升空间体验，以艺术生活格调打造长江之上的城市新名片。

FIRST SIGHT 盛华入镜 

无界临风 / LIGHT

大隐于市，在喧嚣的闹市中清幽自得，营造一个自然舒适、隐于都市的静谧花园。两排行道树不仅隔开周遭的环境，也意图将人暂时避隔于现代城市中的繁忙思绪，深度感受归家体验。Hidden in the city, quiet and comfortable in the hustle and bustle of the city, creating a natural and comfortable, quiet garden hidden in the city. The two rows of road trees not only separate the surrounding environment, but also intend to temporarily isolate people from the busy thoughts in the modern city, and draw them into a deep experience of returning home.

日暮恰好出现在光影的尽头，向往的情绪被晨光所释放。光影用它自己非凡语汇重塑事物本身的特征，营造出特别的艺术氛围。吸取微光、雕塑与水面的诗意碰撞。光之秘境，引人静思。Higurashi happened to appear at the end of the light and shadow, and the longing emotion was released by the morning light.
